Approach of Belt Tensioning
1. Calculate the deflection distance in mm on the basis of 16mm per meter of span. Center distance(m) x 16=Defection(mm).
two. Use a spring balance and rule measure the force of your belt, if your value falls within the values provided, the drive need to be satisfactory. Othewise, utilize the Torque arm’s turnbuckle alter the tension in the belt. (Note, the force route and the belt must be a right angle).
